While I only stop in a few times a month, the staff always remembers my name and order preference. Today's service industry is plagued by lack-luster employees who rarely ensure the customer feels appreciated. However, the opposite is true at Mort's. Even if the bagels weren't amazing, Mort's would still have my business based on customer service alone. Luckily for me, the bagels are fantastic as well!

Great staff and great bagels. I highly recommend to anyone passing through Cheyenne who wants something at a reasonable price and is local.

Hands down best in town or anywhere I've found in 12 years. Plain cream cheese is best I've ever tasted and great assortment of specialty bagels, try the Italiano! Everyone is all smiles and great to deal with.

I loved this bagel shop! The man running the register knew several of the people in line by name. Wonderful customer service. Bagels were delicious. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel, it was good. My favorite was the to-go bagels we took back to our camper. I toasted the cheddar dill for a late night snack and it was soooooo yummy. Wonderful local shop and would eat here again.

The girls there are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is so kind. I go in there a couple times a month and they remember my name they remember my order. The bagels are excellent. I love going there. It's a wonderful place..

Morts is great! Getting a good New Yawker is hard in Wyoming, but Morts really knows how to layer the salmon, onions and capers! Always a fine choice for breakfast or a good lunch.

Delicious bagels, fast service, plenty of seating. I liked that they had a good variety in the bagels they sell. Parking is on the street but it's free and it wasn't busy this morning. I will absolutely come back here again.
